Our Culture

At Forever, we’re proud of our ethos, our products and you, our people. We even talk about our Forever Family. We’ve developed what we believe to be one of the most generous marketing plans within the direct selling industry; one which rewards you for your hard work and commitment in building and running your own Forever business.

We always say that with Forever, you’re in business for yourself but not by yourself. We have worked hard over the last 40 plus years to create a strong culture of mentoring and support as we know that starting a new business can be daunting and that people starting a Forever business come from all walks of life with very different skill sets. We encourage our Business Owners to become experts through a regular programme of live and online trainings, webinars, through a host of educational materials and other events. Network marketing is a ‘recommendation’ business and we want you to be able to recommend Forever’s products confidently, with integrity and authenticity, which means a good understanding of both the products and how the business opportunity works.

We are also firm believers in the importance of recognition.

Feeling valued and appreciated is fundamental to our happiness. Recognition of our achievements, both large and small is important to raise happiness levels both within an individual, and within teams. Why else would 65% of employees cite lack of recognition as the number one reason they quit their jobs? Within Forever we understand the value of recognition, it’s part of our DNA and often a key factor in why so many are inspired to start their own business journey. We believe in recognising commitment, leadership, hard work and success and that’s why we offer such an exciting portfolio of incentives.

So how and why does recognition affect us in such a profound way?

It’s something our brains are hardwired to need. In fact, recognition results in the release of dopamine. Dopamine is a neurotransmitter produced in the brain. Dopamine stimulates the parts of the brain (ventral striatum and nucleus accumbens) that process rewards and create positive emotions like satisfaction and enjoyment.

But because the effects of dopamine wear off quite quickly this means we need to recognise people regularly. Recognition is a short-term need that has to be satisfied on an ongoing basis.

Success breeds success. With Forever Living, you can make the most of the exceptional earning potential and build a secure future from following our Marketing Plan, and set your sights on some fantastic rewards including cash bonuses, and foreign travel; it’s all there for the taking.

Individual results may vary. Forever makes no guarantees on income or success. Your success depends on your effort, commitment, skill, and leadership abilities, and how effectively you exercise those qualities. Please see Forever’s Annual Income Disclosure Statement for more information.
