My specialism is Cycling and climbing. I began setting goals from a young age and participated in my first major sporting event in his late teens. Since then I have gone on to set more challenging goals, pushing myself to physical and mental limits. I am a firm believer that with the right mindset anything is possible.

Argi+, Forever Aloe Vera Gel and Forever Lite Ultra.

Cycling up a mountain in Europe, but in my garden shed! I have a state of the art bike stand in my shed which I link to an app on my iPad. I can then choose from various European mountains and the bike changes the gradient to simulate each cycle. I cycle for two hours, five to six times a week.

Usually I'll have Forever Aloe Vera Gel, Forever Freedom and supplements first thing, then a high-protein, high-fat breakfast. Mid-morning I usually have a Forever Lite Ultra shake, and for lunch I'll have something like a skinless, boneless chicken breast with stir-fried veg in black bean sauce – I make all my sauces myself so I know what's in them! My wife is Chinese so in the evening we'll have an authentic healthy Chinese dish. Finally, before bed, I tend to have porridge and raisins – my wife says I have my meals backwards!
